Wood

We prioritize sustainable wood options by utilizing thermally modified ash from American growth forests and recycled HDPE lumber. Our choice of thermally modified ash supports local economies while protecting old-growth and tropical rainforests. Recycled HDPE lumber offers significant environmental benefits such as reducing plastic waste, conserving resources, and promoting a greener future through a circular economy.

We ensure that all our materials are sourced and manufactured responsibly and that our product designs are created to be as material and energy-efficient as possible.

Sustainable Wood

Made from recycled materials in a closed-loop process, these materials are the durable, long-lasting and all-weather solution. They provide versatility of design that is unparalleled with traditional lumber, and available in any shape, any length, any color. The commercial materials resist water, mildew, moisture, insects, chemicals and surface stains.

Metal

We offer marine-grade aluminum, weathering steel, and stainless steel for our products. These metals are durable, recyclable, and have a low environmental impact, all of which are made from 30-60% recycled content.

Powder Coating

Our super durable powder coating can be added to any product made of marine-grade aluminum and opens up a world of color options. Free of VOCs, powder coating increases durability and provides long-lasting protection against weather, UV rays, and corrosion.

Material Usage

We always aim to utilize as much of the material as possible and with that, we created our LO Program (“Left Over”). This initiative transforms otherwise scrap material into small objects, such as Trowel & Tray.
