Jaimy Panagiotidis
Meet Jaimy. Lead Estimator + “Director of Everything.” Jaimy has been been an essential part of the Green Theory Design team for 4 years. Before finding his dream job at Green Theory, Jaimy honed his skills working in a fabrication shop interpreting plans and building intricate, high-end glass and stainless steel retail storefronts.
Heading up the estimation and project management team, Jaimy is the go-to-guy for projects across North America. Architectural renderings come in fast and furious and Jaimy is relied on to offer thoughtful, creative and time-sensitive solutions for clients. While "Beers on Friday" ranks highly in Jaimy's job satisfaction what truly inspires him is that everyday is different. "No day is really typical and my time is spent between doing take-offs, preparing quotes, overseeing jobs + special projects that Joel usually has on the go."
When asked to name a favourite project Jaimy is hesitant to single out just one but if he had to choose it would definitely be "10 Montieth" in Brooklyn. Over 500 planters were built and shipped from Green Theory's Western Canadian shop to a massive rooftop installation in Brooklyn.
